Palmer Capital are urgently looking to find larger value add deal opportunities.Target investment parameters as follows:

  • £20m – £100m
  • 1-5 year business plans
  • Any sector
  • Any UK location
  • Targeting a 13%+ IRR (with leverage if appropriate)


Deal types:

  • Income backed assets – income producing assets that will take leverage with opportunities to drive income and add value through asset / park improvements
  • Corporates facilities – acquire redundant corporate HQ’s / campus’s or work with a corporate to regenerate campus
  • Spec development / refurbishments – office, industrial, residential, alternatives
  • Strategic Planning plays – acquiring brownfield / green field sites with a strategy to obtain residential consent
  • Real estate operating business – acquire asset owning operating businesses with upside real estate strategies (e.g. change of use – golf courses to resi, wholesale to retail)
