Joe founded Queensbury Capital in 2018 having spent 4 years working for a FTSE listed company as head of London Real Estate investment. Whilst there Joe was responsible for deploying equity across a range of asset types with a combined GDV in excess of £500m and covering over 1.5m sq ft. Joe has a real passion for London real estate and sees Queensbury Capital as an opportunity to drive the changes needed to a historically unresponsive and rigid asset class to meet the demands of the future.
Ray is the Chairman of both Queensbury Capital and Fiera Real Estate (formerly known as Palmer Capital). Ray has specialised in development and investment for over 40 years, starting his career at Lambert Smith & Partners, serving as its chief executive and guiding their sale to Abaco. He stayed on as the chief executive and masterminded a series of acquisitions, culminating in the creation of Lambert Smith Hampton, one of the UK’s top agencies.
In 1991 he led a management buy-out before resigning in 1992 to establish Fiera Real Estate. Fiera Real Estate have evolved into a niche fund manager, which provides Queensbury Capital with the funding and buying power required to deliver on their projects.
Alex Price
Alex served as an officer in the British Army before starting his financial career with Credit Lyonnais Securities in 1997. He then completed an MBA at London Business School before joining Sabre Holdings’ European Corporate Finance team. He joined Fiera Real Estate in 2003, initially charged with creating the fund management business within Fiera Real Estate.
He was promoted to chief executive in 2008 and is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Emma Cullen
Emma oversees all of Queensbury Capital’s legal and corporate matters and is also responsible for the regulatory and operational side of the business.
Emma qualified as a lawyer at Frere Cholmeley Bischoff before specialising in real estate at the niche Mayfair property practice, Forsters. In 2000, Emma left private practice to develop her corporate and commercial skills as UK legal counsel to Ascent Media.
Graham Curd
Graham trained as a Chartered Accountant with Simmons Gainsford LLP, a top 50 West End practice specialising in Real Estate. Graham progressed to Audit Manager and joined Fiera Real Estate in 2014 as Group Finance Manager.
His primary role was to assist the Chief Financial Officer with the specific responsibility of overseeing all financial aspects of the fund management side of the business. Graham was promoted to Head of Finance in May 2017.
